The Role: Years 1&2
The role provides a training and development opportunity for the right candidate to work within an award winning customer service team and develop their skills to potentially pursue a career in Business development / Sales after a minimum of 2 years within the Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a first class customer service
- Processing vehicle quotations/ratebooks accurately within a 4 hour time frame
- Follow up quotations within 48 hour time frame
- Implementation of new clients
- Set up and manage on line driver quotes
- Day to day contact for drivers/Fleet Managers, building relationships with clients.
- Processing all new orders with relevant audit trail
- Apply for funding
- Raise all contracts/addendums for customer/ managing their signed return before delivery of new vehicles.
- Delivery/collection of new vehicles, replacement vehicles and any incumbent supplier vehicle collections
- General customer service duties as deemed appropriate
The Role: Years 3&4
To create, secure and manage successful sales opportunities with fleet decision makers contributing towards the overall growth and profit targets of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment setting working alongside the Business Development Executive on Tele-marketing.
- Providing Driver Laison Advice working alongside the Driver Liaison Executive / Team Leader.
- Achieve sales objectives for new business, whilst maximizing profitability.
- Identify potential new customers and the key decision makers.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline of high value prospect opportunities (25+ fleet sizes) within the Maximizer CRM and ensure the pipeline is fully qualified with regular telephone contact and meetings.
- Complete tenders and develop proposals to be presented to potential new customers.
- Provide solutions to help fleets with the transition of vehicles to electrification.
- Liaise with the marketing team to devise personal marketing campaigns and have them distributed accordingly to clients and prospects.
- Promote and demonstrate the use of Ogilvie online fleet management platforms, such as Mifleet, Driver Portals, Online Quotes, Happy Drivers and Appraisal Applications.
- Manage the process pertaining to all legal documents and ensure they are understood, signed and returned to Ogilvie in advance of any vehicle delivery.
- Work closely with CSE/Team ensuring regular contact and face to face reviews at least once a month.
- Work closely your Line Manager to record/monitor and achieve sales objectives.
- Attend regional and national team meetings as required.
About you:
Skills / Qualifications:
- Current/recent relevant Customer Service / Business to Business / Sales experience preferable
- High level of business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated with a flexible approach and an ability to work remotely / from home.
- Strong IT skills with various Microsoft products i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and CRM systems and processes.
