The role:

Working with an established team you will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing / raising sales invoices
  • Preparing weekly & monthly sales reports
  • Credit control
  • Processing / posting receipts and payments as per bank statements
  • Process monthly timesheets
  • Company banking (petty cash, cheques etc)
  • Organise internal debtor meetings
  • Collate monthly sales information
  • Process monthly cost adjustment journals
  • Process staff allocation, distribute to Commercial Director and collate for board papers
  • Assist in preparing accounts for year end audit
  • Process BAC’s payments (as required)
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports
  • Reconcile nominals for monthly accounts
