The role:
Working with an established team you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing / raising sales invoices
- Preparing weekly & monthly sales reports
- Credit control
- Processing / posting receipts and payments as per bank statements
- Process monthly timesheets
- Company banking (petty cash, cheques etc)
- Organise internal debtor meetings
- Collate monthly sales information
- Process monthly cost adjustment journals
- Process staff allocation, distribute to Commercial Director and collate for board papers
- Assist in preparing accounts for year end audit
- Process BAC’s payments (as required)
- Prepare monthly marketing reports
- Reconcile nominals for monthly accounts
