We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team.
- Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
- Alternate early finish Friday

The Role:
- Ability to plan and prioritise all aspects of Daily Rental
- Complete all rentals, re-rents, reservations and quotations
- Answer all telephone calls in accordance with Ogilvie Fleet policy
- Liaise with various Ogilvie Fleet departments
- Action overdue daily rentals and ensure follow up is in accordance with correct Ogilvie procedure
- Flexible attitude and ability to assist in all areas of the business as and when needed
- Dealing with invoice queries
