We have an opportunity for a Document Controller to join our team in Aberdeen.

The role:

Working with an established team you will be responsible for the following:

  • Accurately updating drawings and document transmittals
  • Numbering and identification of documents
  • Copying and scanning of drawings
  • Printing drawings for site use
  • Quality and compliance checks on documents
  • Filing and organisation of documents (both electronic and/or hard copies)
  • Progress reporting on the documents approval status
  • Uploading/downloading information to/from Asite
  • Moderate the Asite user database for all projects
  • Control over documentation modification, distribution, issuance (as per procedure) during its whole lifecycle. This includes internal issues to the project team and external issues to subcontractors.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to all Asite users

About you

Do you:

  • Have previous Document Control experience?
  • Have experience working within the Construction industry? *preferred”
