We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Executive – Light Commercial Vehicles to join our award-winning team.

The Role:

Working within our established Purchasing team, you will be responsible for LCV order processing, availabilities, comparisons, and updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Sales/Customer Service regards LCV requirements, pricing, and tender opportunities
  • Explain key differences on LCV specification; highlighting usefulness/advantages/differences
  • Assist with transition from quote to order; displaying effective communication with dealer network and ancillary suppliers
  • Internal distribution of key manufacturer LCV information/changes
  • Create/Update LCV stock lists
  • Process supplier invoice payments
  • Organise LCV demonstration vehicles
  • Monitor our LCV order bank; regularly updating our internal systems and communicate delays
  • Assist with department administration.
