We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Executive – Light Commercial Vehicles to join our award-winning team.
- Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
- Alternate early finish Friday

The Role:
Working within our established Purchasing team, you will be responsible for LCV order processing, availabilities, comparisons, and updates.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Sales/Customer Service regards LCV requirements, pricing, and tender opportunities
- Explain key differences on LCV specification; highlighting usefulness/advantages/differences
- Assist with transition from quote to order; displaying effective communication with dealer network and ancillary suppliers
- Internal distribution of key manufacturer LCV information/changes
- Create/Update LCV stock lists
- Process supplier invoice payments
- Organise LCV demonstration vehicles
- Monitor our LCV order bank; regularly updating our internal systems and communicate delays
- Assist with department administration.
